We are very excited to announce that Mr. Michael A. Mayer has joined RIZZO International and will serve as our Quality Assurance Director. He has more than 30 years of experience in the nuclear power industry and specifically 15 years in quality assurance. He brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the rigorous requirements that drive our Quality Assurance Program.

As Lead Auditor of the Audit Team, he oversaw the audit team members, allocated work assignments, schedules, planned, allocated, and managed resources, interfacing with the audited group(s), as well as, reporting to executive management of audit results. Covering a range of subject areas while performing Nuclear Quality Audits, Mr. Mayer’s experience includes; reviewing management and organizational structures, evaluating nuclear programs, verifying compliance with Federal, state and local laws and regulations. Representative audit areas include, but are not limited to: Security, Cyber Security, Design Control & Engineering Programs, Corrective Action, Fitness For Duty, Environmental Protection, Fire Protection, Emergency Preparedness, Radiological Protection, Process Controls and Chemistry, Materials & Procurement, and Maintenance.
